As a life coach, I empower you to set goals and establish accountability for personal and professional success. ... You set the agenda, and I serve as an objective sounding board to help keep you focused and on track. I help you break through old barriers and develop new practices so you can reach your desired goals. I can incorporate hypnosis within the therapy session and use NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), GAI (Guided Affective Imagery) and many interventions to help achieve your desired goal.

Will you make me do something with which I am not comfortable?

No. We will work in harmony and together decide the best way forward. I have an office which is very welcoming, safe comfortable and private place for us to work in.

How many sessions will I need?

Accepted Answer

Usually around 6, although our Weight Management Sessions are run over 8 weeks plus an optional Gastric Band Hypnosis at week 9. The Smoking Cessation can be done over 1 or 2 sessions. We will together tailor our way forward.

Are the sessions confidential?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our sessions will be held in a private office, everything you say will remain within the four-walls. From a confidentiality point of view I will not acknowledge you if I saw you in public, however would not ignore you if you approached me.
